Practical AI products built for real use.

We build AI products around problems we know well. helpmypc.ai is live and helps people with computer problems. Other product ideas are still being explored.

Current product

helpmypc.ai

Computer problems can be hard to describe and harder to resolve from generic advice. helpmypc.ai was developed from years of real repair experience to give people a calm first place to explain a problem, gather useful evidence and follow suitable steps.

The product recognises when remote guidance should stop because a case needs physical inspection or human repair. In the current regional rollout, a structured handoff can carry useful context forward with the customer’s agreement.

Founder story

Why we're building helpmypc.ai

Founder Tom Hamilton explains the computer-support problem behind helpmypc.ai, why AI guidance needs a safe route to real-world repair, and why ADS built this product.

Applications powered by helpmypc.ai

One engine. Focused applications.

helpmypc.ai is the core service. Its diagnostic and reasoning engine can also support focused applications across the computer and technology industry where there is a clear practical need.

Pilot application — Retail Product Adviser

Website-integrated buying guidance for computer retailers

We are testing a product adviser with Help Computer Centre using technology from helpmypc.ai. The pilot explores how buying guidance could work on a retailer’s website while repair enquiries follow its own service route.

  • Choose a suitable computer for a budget and need
  • Understand components and specifications
  • Compare suitable systems and options
  • Ask product questions in everyday language
  • Route repair enquiries into the retailer’s repair journey

Possible future applications

Manufacturer Warranty Triage

A diagnostic journey could help establish symptoms, checks already tried and whether a warranty claim may need hardware attention.

Product Fault Intelligence

A future, appropriately governed use of aggregated diagnostic evidence could help identify recurring faults in products, components, drivers or configurations.

These ideas remain exploratory and would require separate product and data-use decisions.

Product development

Practical capability, developed over time.

My PC Health can add details from a connected Windows PC where enabled. The product uses relevant evidence, sets clear limits on remote advice and offers a route to hands-on help where available.

Evidence before assumption

Ask focused questions and use relevant facts to guide the next step.

Safe boundaries

Recognise hardware, data and physical repair situations where software advice has limits.

Continuity

Carry relevant context into later support or repair where the user chooses to do so.

Products timeline

Built from sustained development and real experience.

  1. 2004

    Experience at the repair counter

Founder Tom Hamilton established Help Computer Centre. Years of real customer problems shaped the product insight; that business is part of his experience, not an ADS company.

  2. 2026

    AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd founded

The company was established to turn practical diagnostic knowledge into focused AI systems.

  3. 2026

    helpmypc.ai developed and operating

Conversational diagnosis, guided troubleshooting and a route to human repair became a functioning live platform.

  4. 2026

My PC Health and repair workflow

Optional Windows device context and a structured repair handoff extended the product beyond a single conversation.

  5. Now

    Regional validation

The repair pathway is being tested and refined across Greater Belfast and North Down.

  6. Future direction

    fixmytech.ai and further products

Broader consumer technology is a direction for exploration, not a launched service or current helpmypc.ai capability.

Future direction

More focused products may follow.

fixmytech.ai is a future direction for exploring broader consumer technology. It has not launched and those categories are not current helpmypc.ai capabilities.
