He founded Help Computer Centre in 2004 at the age of 24 and built it into one of Northern Ireland’s longest-running independent computer repair and sales businesses.
That experience informed the development of helpmypc.ai, a live AI computer-support product, and the practical approach behind AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd.
Running an SME also means understanding staff time, customer communication and processes that must work on an ordinary busy day. Tom brings that business experience to the development and integration of useful AI solutions.
