helpmypc.ai’s AI computer technician, JOE — Judgement, Outcome and Escalation — uses relevant customer and device context to guide suitable troubleshooting. When hands-on expertise becomes the better next step, it can recommend Repair without claiming that a particular physical fault has been confirmed.
The repair pathway proceeds only with explicit customer consent. Where coverage is available, the existing workflow supports lead review, partner interest, assignment, completion and customer outcome recording. A recommendation or handoff alone is not a resolved problem.

A practical foundation
My PC Health is distributed through the Microsoft Store and can contribute optional Windows device context. These capabilities establish a foundation for commercial validation; they do not yet prove repeatable acquisition, retention or profitable repair conversion.

Phase 2 tests repeatable acquisition, customer resolution and retention; legitimate hands-on Repair demand, conversion and fulfilment; partner willingness to pay; and the geographies where demand and supply can work together. Customer acquisition cost and unit economics remain to be established.
Northern Ireland is the initial proving ground. Expansion will follow verified commercial evidence.

Our initial commercial approach is to generate qualified hands-on repair opportunities for independent computer repair businesses.
Rather than setting an arbitrary referral fee, we intend to establish the appropriate pricing and charging structure through independent market research and commercial validation with repair businesses.
The research will assess willingness to pay, the value of qualified repair opportunities and the economics required to create a sustainable business for both AI Diagnostic Systems and its partners.
Longer-term opportunities include an integrated repair marketplace supporting quotations, inspections, customer approvals and transaction-based revenue. These remain potential future developments, dependent on the results of our commercial validation.

Founder Tom Hamilton brings more than 20 years of computer repair industry experience. He created helpmypc.ai partly to ensure AI could support independent repair engineers: straightforward problems can be resolved safely, while genuine hands-on needs reach professional businesses with useful context.
Completed Product Proof, recruitment of independent repair businesses, existing service infrastructure and commercial evidence capability give the company a practical starting point.
Its founder-led model uses ChatGPT, Work and Codex for capital-efficient commercial and engineering execution, with appropriate oversight and external expertise.
The underlying AI model is replaceable. Intended defensibility comes from safe professional judgement, trusted customer and device context, continuity, real-world fulfilment and accumulated outcome evidence. Those advantages must develop alongside commercial proof.
