These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of helpmypc.ai. They are drafted for beta and early partner rollout review and should be reviewed before wider commercial rollout.
helpmypc.ai is operated by AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd.
By using helpmypc.ai, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the service
helpmypc.ai is an AI-powered computer diagnostic and support platform. It allows users to describe computer problems, receive guided troubleshooting suggestions, use My PC Health where available, and, where appropriate, request repair contact from an approved local repair partner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
By using helpmypc.ai, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate contact or postcode information if you request repair contact
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is detected.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Submit harmful, abusive or misleading content
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Send passwords, recovery keys, passkeys, bank details, card details or private screen contents through chat, partner notes or forms
5. AI-generated guidance
helpmypc.ai provides automated, AI-generated diagnostic guidance.
All information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
While we aim to provide helpful and accurate suggestions, we do not guarantee that any advice, diagnosis or recommendation is correct, complete or suitable for your specific situation.
You use the platform and act on any information provided at your own risk. Follow safety warnings, stop using a device when warned about data loss or electrical risk, and ask for hands-on help where a problem cannot be safely handled through chat.
6. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Backing up important data where possible before following guidance
- Verifying the suitability of any action before applying it
- Ensuring actions taken do not risk data loss or system damage
- Not attempting unsafe internal hardware work unless qualified to do so
- Providing accurate contact and postcode details if requesting repair partner contact
7. Repair routing and approved partners
Where helpmypc.ai identifies that a problem may need hands-on repair, the platform may ask whether you are happy for a local approved repair partner to contact you about repairing your device.
Approved repair partners are separate businesses from AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd unless separately stated. AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd provides the helpmypc.ai platform, triage, routing and admin support. It is not automatically the repair contractor.
Repair routing may consider service area, location, suitability, availability, job fit and admin review. Help Computer Centre is one approved local repair partner involved in the early rollout, but customers are not automatically routed to Help Computer Centre and it does not have guaranteed priority over other approved repair partners.
After contact is made, you may deal directly with the repair business. Prices, diagnosis decisions, repair choices, appointment arrangements and workmanship are normally between you and that repair business unless separately stated.
Read more in our Repair Handoff Disclaimer.
8. Current partner rollout phase
The partner portal and repair routing workflow are currently part of an early approved repair partner rollout. Partner availability and coverage may be limited, and helpmypc.ai does not claim established coverage across every area.
Approved repair partners may receive free early access during this phase. This does not guarantee any lead volume, conversion, response time, customer outcome or repair result.
9. No platform-backed repair guarantee during the early partner phase
During the free early partner access phase, helpmypc.ai and AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd do not provide a platform-backed warranty or workmanship guarantee for partner repair work unless this is separately agreed in writing.
Any warranty, guarantee or service promise is between the customer and the repair shop unless separately stated.
Any future paid partner terms or warranty arrangements will be published separately if introduced.
10. No emergency service or guaranteed response
helpmypc.ai is not an emergency support service. We do not guarantee that an AI response, admin review or repair partner response will happen within any particular time.
If there is immediate danger, smoke, fire, electric shock risk, suspected fraud involving money, or a business-critical emergency, stop using the device or service and contact the appropriate emergency, bank, account provider or professional support channel.
11. Data protection
Your use of helpmypc.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Repair partner contact may involve sharing relevant issue, contact and postcode information with the approved repair partner assigned or admin-approved for that lead where you agree to that contact.
12. Partner terms
Repair businesses using the partner portal should also read the Partner Terms. Partner access is subject to approval and may be suspended or removed if the portal is misused.
13. Availability of service
We aim to keep helpmypc.ai available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
14. No warranty for the platform
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where the law says otherwise.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from your use of helpmypc.ai.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Hardware or software damage
- Loss of business, revenue or profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Work, advice or outcomes provided by separate repair businesses
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:
- You breach these Terms
- We believe your use presents a risk to the platform or others
- You misuse repair partner data, partner access or customer information
17. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update or change the platform and these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
