Help Us Fly is operated by ADS and follows a structured journey from understanding a business need to implementation, staff handover and review.
Council and public-sector funding has not yet been secured. Businesses can register interest, but no funded place is currently available through those programmes.
Businesses can also work directly with ADS on separate AI development and integration requirements. Any future work beyond Help Us Fly has its own scope and agreement.

- Do you build your own AI models?
- We build products and business solutions using AI models and tools suited to the job. We choose, adapt and connect that technology so it is useful in practice.
- Do we need to know which AI tool to use?
- No. Tell us what you want to improve. We can assess suitable tools and explain the options in plain English.
- Will it work with our existing systems?
- We look at your existing systems, the information they hold and the access available before agreeing what to build. Any connections or supporting changes are included in the scope.
- Will our staff be able to use it?
- We design around the people doing the work, explain the solution clearly and provide a handover so your team can take ownership.
- How will we know whether it is useful?
- We agree what to check before building, such as time spent on a task, quality of the output or whether staff use the solution. Testing and any agreed review help us assess the result.
- Do we have to join Help Us Fly?
- No. Help Us Fly is a distinct SME AI implementation programme operated by ADS. You can also enquire directly about AI development and integration for your business.
- What happens after Help Us Fly?
- The programme includes an implemented improvement, staff handover and review within its agreed scope. Any separate future work needs its own agreement.
