helpmypc.ai helps people try safe first steps for computer problems. When an issue needs hands-on repair, we can review the request and route suitable jobs to approved local repair businesses during our early partner rollout.

We are starting close to home in Northern Ireland, particularly Greater Belfast and North Down, before widening coverage. Approved repair partners in the same area will have equal standing.

• Jobs can be matched by service area, availability and job fit
• Partners manage work through the Partner Portal
• Free early partner access while the rollout is being tested

There is no paid commitment during the current early partner phase. Access is reviewed and limited. Jobs, coverage and outcomes are not guaranteed. Repair partners remain separate businesses and agree work directly with the customer.
